  • 投資人主動揭露利益關係:轉貼的投資人幾乎全部明確揭露自身的投資身分——@johnnie 表示「decided to invest」[6]、@danielscrivner 表示「Thrilled to be an investor」[14]、@rsg 表示「excited to be an angel investor」[16],透明度高。

  • [5] Design Partnership Program

  • [26] 連結至 noon.design(官方網站)
  • [15] 連結至 t.co/PMOc3JXLSK(創辦人公開信)
Ligature.vcnoon.design

[5] 的 DPP 公告提到「Spots are limited and hand-selected」,有輕微的稀缺性暗示,但搭配具體的申請條件與時間線(Now - May 2026),整體仍屬資訊性質。

Who we're looking for: → Mid-to-senior IC designers or design-adjacent builders → Actively experimenting with AI in your work → Have a side project or portable work ready to go When: Now - May 2026. Where: Virtual, with optional IRL events in SF. Spots are limited and hand-selected. If this sounds ike you, apply below👇Or tag someone who should.

RT @johnnie: I got introduced to the Noon team through Soleio last year and decided to invest alongside him and a host of other great designers (@rsg @joulee). The future of design is not about the ability to round trip into code and back; these are now one unified entity. We aren’t just stringing together static pages with transitions. That is done. In the future designs can’t be described without an interactive environment backed by code. I’ve been doing software design for a long time and couldn’t be happier with where it’s going.

RT @ScribbleVC: "Let design build". Meet @ScribbleVC company @noondesign -- they just announced their $44M funding to fix the broken, fragmented workflow of product design. Noon is the first product design tool that works entirely on your product code, so you can design how it looks and how it works. With AI at its core that works in seconds, not minutes. Co-founders @bandiaditya + @kushagrasinha7 are product and design leaders who understand what great designers and product teams want, need, and expect. https://t.co/HfAROxLjKe

RT @hemal: Rare to find founders with deep care for craft and a clear belief that design is about trust, intent, and outcomes. Perfect moment to rethink design in an AI world. Grateful to be along for the ride, and more importantly, excited to watch this team cook!

RT @amirrustam: I had the privilege to look at the early version of @noondesign. @bandiaditya and team nailed that nuanced balance between what is a tool for designers and what is a tool for developers. We're all full-stack builders now, and the separation of who designs and who codes is blurring more and more. Designers will love this, but I think builders of all sorts will benefit from such a new approach to a canvas. I'm glad this stuff is being rethought. Bravo on the launch from us @Firestreakvc.

RT @alexkehr: I got a demo of this last week and it felt very aligned with my thoughts on “Direct Design.” So much of the software development process is still built around designers handing work off to engineers and hoping the shipped product matches the design. Closing that gap is a huge deal.

RT @scottbelsky: got an early glimpse of "Noon," three things to note vs. others in market: #1 - you work directly on your production code without any translation (other design tools that use MCP and Claude/Codex to work on code and AI produce temporary artifacts) #2 - you don't need multiple tools to do your product design work. #3 - lets you work on both visual and functional design while working on the production code (one single source of truth) fascinating how quickly this market is accelerating...and how close we are getting to the elusive design=code=design moment we've all been waiting for.

RT @tjack: AI coding tools made engineering 10x faster overnight. But they weren’t built for Designers. It’s ironic that the people who care most about designing products are the ones that don't have an AI product designed specifically for them. Today they’re stuck with a bad tradeoff: use AI coding tools and sacrifice precision, or use a traditional design canvas that’s separated from the real product. When I was leading the Design team at Dropbox, I saw firsthand how much of a designer's vision gets lost on the path to production. A designer draws in vectors and exports PNGs for engineers to replicate in code, but it never turns out quite right. That was a decade ago, and somehow this handoff process is still the norm. I've felt this gap ever since I studied product design in grad school. And AI hasn’t given us an elegant solution…yet. As product designers themselves, @bandiaditya and @kushagrasinha7 decided they'd had enough. So they built @noondesign — the first “dual canvas” design tool rebuilt from the ground up, by product designers, for product designers. It works entirely on your real codebase, so you can design how a product looks and how it works in the same canvas. I was blown away the first time I saw their demo. This is an insanely hard product to get right technically, and they've solved a bunch of problems that have tripped up other teams in this space: sub-second AI edits without sandboxing, bi-directional sync between your design system and source control, and a drawing canvas that feels familiar to Figma users. A designer can paste any live component onto the canvas and instantly get an editable frame with all the code preserved. AI takes care of the drudgery, like autocompleting screens in a flow or imagining alternate layouts. I'm pumped to back Aditya and Kushagra as they announce Noon today with a $44M raise from @firstround, @chemistry, @ScribbleVC, @svangel, @AforeVC, and @ElevCap, plus some of the biggest names in design (like Katie Dill, Ian Silber, Soleio and Julie Zhuo).
