50則貼文中僅有2則原創:[33] 是一句輕鬆的觀察(「community notes provide more closure than recent tv shows」),[50] 是回覆他人並附上一篇 PubMed 論文連結。
表面上是一位狗主人分享用網球解決寵物焦慮的感人故事,但文中刻意植入了 Tedooo app 的推廣語句(「I saw this random tip in a pet group on the Tedooo app — I've been on there lately ordering handmade dog beds and treats」)。
| 床墊毒素 | [28] | 「may be poisoning kids」 |
| 農藥 | [34] | 「they have been poisoning your blueberries」 |
| 草甘膦 | [42] | 「causing everyone to age rapidly」 |
| 內毒素 | [49] | 「turns women into sociopaths」 |
| 社群操控 | [31] | 「experiment never ended」 |
| 超級真菌 | [48] | 「the public has no idea」 |

RT @foundmyfitness: Plastic blenders are a source of microplastics that most people overlook. Those with plastic jars or pitchers release microplastics, and even nanoplastics, into blended food or drinks due to friction and mechanical abrasion during blending. A single 30-second blending cycle can release up to 1 billion (yes, with a "b") micro- and nanoplastic particles. BPA-free products are safer but can still release particles due to heavy use, heat, or abrasion. My advice is to switch to a completely stainless-steel blender. It's the only way to avoid contamination. Thanks to @StevenBartlett for allowing me to audit his kitchen! Check out the full episode.

RT @saniyafatma1278: My rescue dog Baxter has been terrified of fireworks since the day I brought him home. Every Fourth of July turned into a nightmare—him shaking under the bed, panting so hard I worried his heart would give out, refusing to eat for days after. Last year was the worst. He broke through a window screen trying to escape the noise. $300 vet bill, anxiety meds that made him a zombie, and me sitting on the bathroom floor with him for six hours straight while he trembled in my arms. This year, I was dreading it all over again. Then two days ago, I saw this random tip in a pet group on the Tedooo app (I've been on there lately ordering handmade dog beds and treats from amazing crafters). Someone posted about using tennis balls in the dryer to create white noise that masks fireworks. I thought it sounded absolutely insane. But I was desperate enough to try anything. So tonight, before the fireworks started, I threw six tennis balls, an old sneaker, and a knotted towel into the dryer. Turned off the heat. Let it run. The steady thumping sound filled the house. And I waited, holding my breath, for Baxter's usual panic to start. Nothing. The first firework went off. He lifted his head, looked around... and went back to sleep. I actually started crying. For the first time in three years, my dog is sleeping peacefully on July 4th instead of hiding and shaking. He's been passed out on the couch for two hours now, completely unbothered, while the neighborhood explodes around us. Sometimes the simplest solutions are the ones that save you. If your dog struggles tonight, try this. It might just change everything.
Zantac、Prilosec、Nexium。
RT @HealthyAlfred: crazy how one ibuprofen can wreck your gut lining in 24h… but bpc-157 fixes that shit in pretty much every study they’ve run. it’s actually insane how well it works.

RT @anthonystaj: some people have been asking what i mean by "turbo cancer" when i talk about BPC157. maybe you've heard of the term "turbo charger" for cars? they help make an engine run harder by injecting more air into the cylinders. more air + more fuel = more power angiogenic agents (like BPC157) are premised on increasing blood vessel formation to tissues via VEGFR2 stimulation. this would in theory help ligaments, tendons, and muscles. the problem is that this would also happen to every other tissue type that has the receptor, which is basically everywhere in the body. it is not specific to the tissues you want it to help when you take it. this also means that if you have a budding bit of cancer in you (which many young people do these days) taking BPC157 is like sticking a turbocharger on it and letting it rip. there are many problems with the pharmacology of BPC157, but this one is special. would you make cancer grow faster in your body to help your sprained ankle heal a bit faster? You could be shaving years off your own life by dealing with chemo and other treatments early in life (in your prime years) instead of maybe never dealing with it at all! This is what I mean by informed consent. if you know that's the trade you're making, and you accept, go ahead. your body your choice. smokers can choose to look cool and suck some nicotine in exchange for higher lung cancer risk. people can join the military and get paid/ defend their country knowing they might die. life is full of these choices. the point is having informed consent, which is often absent from the peptide debate. personally i find most people talking up these agents have the luxury of seeking high cost care should their decisions blow up in their face. not everyone is so lucky.
RT @anomalie_blue: Mattresses may be poisoning kids… A recent Canadian study of 25 homes found that kids (6mo-4yrs) breathe & absorb high levels of phthalates, organophosphate flame retardants, & UV-filters during sleep. Researchers placed passive samplers in 3 different locations within the homes to absorb & measure levels of contaminants. They found new mattresses emitted 21 SVOCs, with emissions spiking under body heat & weight—often exceeding regulated levels. Older mattresses had higher DEHP & BzBP. Not only mattresses but bedding also shed significant amounts of flame retardants. You spend about 1/3 of your life sleeping. If you can afford to make the investment, organic cotton bedding is worth it!
RT @heynavtoor: 🚨SHOCKING: In 2012, Facebook secretly altered the emotions of 689,003 people without telling a single one of them. This is not a conspiracy theory. This is a peer reviewed study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. The lead author worked at Facebook. The experiment was real. The results were published. And almost nobody remembers. Here is what Facebook did to you. For one week, their data science team manipulated the News Feeds of nearly 700,000 users. One group had happy posts from their friends quietly removed. The other group had sad posts removed. Then Facebook sat back and watched what happened to these people. The people who stopped seeing happiness became sadder. They started writing darker, more negative posts. The people who stopped seeing sadness became happier. Their language shifted to match. Facebook proved that it could reach through a screen and change the way a human being feels. Without a conversation. Without a touch. Without the person ever knowing it was happening to them. When the study went public, the world erupted. The journal issued a formal Expression of Concern. The FTC received a complaint accusing Facebook of deceptive trade practices. Researchers called it one of the largest ethics violations in the history of social science. Governments demanded answers. Facebook's defense was four words. "You agreed to this." Buried in the Terms of Service was one line about "research." That was consent. For a psychological experiment on 689,003 human beings. Now here is the part that should make you feel sick. That experiment required Facebook to hide real posts from real friends to change your emotions. It took an engineering team weeks to design. It affected 689,003 people for one week. And it was considered one of the most disturbing things a tech company had ever done. ChatGPT does not need to hide anyone else's words. It generates the emotional content itself. Directly to you. Personalized to your history. Calibrated to your tone. Available every hour of every day. Stanford researchers just read 391,562 real ChatGPT messages. The chatbot was sycophantic in over 80% of them. It told users their ideas had grand significance in 37.5% of responses. When users expressed violent thoughts, it encouraged them one third of the time. Facebook manipulated 689,003 people for seven days and the world called it a scandal. ChatGPT manipulates 900 million people every single week and the world calls it a product. The experiment never ended. It just got a subscription model.
RT @aaronsmith: In the same part of Melbourne today, some are paying $221 to fill a 70L diesel tank. Others are paying $2.80 to charge a 70kWh battery. If the LNP hadn’t spent years frustrating the transition and failing to build the infrastructure, a lot more people would be paying $2.80.
RT @oasishealthapp: Australians: they have been poisoning your blueberries. Dimethoate is an organophosphate pesticide sprayed on crops worldwide. Your liver converts it into omethoate (2–3x more potent at blocking an enzyme your nervous system needs to function). Blueberry consumption in Australia has surged 962% since 1995, the year the data behind the safety guidelines was collected. In 2024, Southern Cross University found that because dimethoate seeps through blueberry skin into the flesh, a child could exceed the safe daily limit from just a handful of washed berries. And until late 2025, it was legal to spray dimethoate just 1 day before harvest. Now it's banned within 14 days of harvest, effectively a full ban since blueberries ripen irregularly and are picked every 3–6 days. If they took 30 years to notice this, what else is being allowed in our food?
RT @Babygravy9: A very interesting new study found that a gut bacterium, Roseburia inulinivorans increases muscular strength without any exercise. Scientists did a study of human strength and its relation to gut bacteria and found a strong correlation between Roseburia inulinivorans and strength. They then transplanted the bacterium to mice with sterile guts and found a 30% strength increase without any form of exercise or training. The scientists think the bacterium may be responsible for metabolic changes and changes to muscle fibres that increase power output.

(PMID: 9863010) Your stomach BURNS after every meal. Antacids help for 20 minutes then it’s BACK. Your doctor prescribed antibiotics. They failed. TWICE. And at some point you stopped enjoying food. You just eat what doesn’t hurt now. H. pylori. A bacteria living in 50% of humans. Burrowing into your stomach lining. Causing 80-90% of all ulcers. And antibiotic resistance is growing every YEAR. → Killed all 7 strains in vitro including resistant ones (PMID: 9863010) → 30-fold reduction in colonization in vivo (PMID: 17116667) → 30-38% eradication as standalone (PMID: 19879118) Triterpenic acids → penetrate H. pylori membrane → disrupt adhesion → bacteria can’t colonize → die off → stomach heals → good bacteria UNTOUCHED Week 2-3: Burning FADING Week 4-6: Eating comfortably Week 6-8: Bacterial load DROPPING My stomach burned for over a year. Antacids useless. Tested positive for H. pylori. Started mastic gum 1g daily. Week 3 the burning was noticeably less — not gone, but enough meals without pain to know something SHIFTED. Week 6 I ate without dreading the aftermath. Not a cure-all — but my stomach hasn’t been this calm in years. 1g daily. 500mg 2x. Empty stomach. Greek Chios. CHECK COMMENTS FOR MASTIC GUM! If you have a blood clotting autoimmune disease or microclotting like Antiphospholipid Syndrome, or a risk for it and also have an MTHFR C677T mutation, you REALLY need to avoid erythritol. This means you must check all stevia and monk fruit extracts you use in place of sugar and make sure they are completely free of erythritol. 👇👇👇👇👇👇
